- Hello,
- I'm doing my senior project in computer engineering, and all it
- is is a multimedia display system for a museum. I have a CD32, so my
- suggestion was to grab one and use Scala or something to do the stuff.
- Anyway, since Amigas are so poorly represented nowadays, we've gone with
- Astound on a 133MHz PC. Ouch! I can't believe how piss poor it is. You
- can't smoothly animate _anything_ (no, not even text), and half of the
- transitions just don't happen at all, like they're too difficult or
- something.
- I could do better than this with shareware on any Amiga, but
- noooo. Anyway, is Scala for PC anywhere near release? I've got to do
- something else with this thing.
